G.C. Eller of the Pulaski Life Saving Crew, Jerry Martin of the Giles Life Saving Crew, and Marvin Dunford of the Pearisburg Fire Department recover the body of Air Force pilot Samuel Neely who drowned in the New River in Giles County; several men load Neely's body into a vehicle.
