U.S. Western District Marshal P.A. Richmond and Assistant Marshal Harold Boyer escort Joseph Vance Shrout, alleged to have attempted a bank robbery in Frederick County, Va., out of a car. Shrout hides his face as he enters an elevator in the Roanoke city jail.
