Footage of the phrase, "Clean Up Paint Up Fix Up Now." Eight Salem city officials, Vincent Wheeler, James Moyer, Shirley Crowder, W.E. Cundiff, Harry Yates, Paul Matthews, Guy Gearhard, and Frank Chapman dress in white blazers to sweep the street with brooms, while one of them pushes a trashcan that reads, "We Are Trying Are You."
