Abstract
The Roanoke Life Saving and First Aid Crew, the Salem Life Saving Crew, the Cave Spring Rescue Squad, and the Vinton Life Saving Crew work together to find a person presumed to have drowned in the Roanoke River in Roanoke County, Va. Footage shows the rescue squads in lifeboats searching for the missing person. A pair of shoes and a piece of clothing are left behind in a vehicle on the side of a river.
