In Roanoke, Va., WSLS-TV reporter Bill Mason finds out about the new Roanoke County Dog Pound. The new facility is larger, more modern than the old pound, and can hold 32 canines comfortably. Footage shows Supervisor Lee B. Eddy ceremoniously cutting the ribbon to the dog pound and the first dog being walked into its kennel.
