Abstract
Speaking on behalf of the Virginia Conservative Party, a man asserts his party's right to support Governor of Alabama George C. Wallace in the presidential elections in November. The Virginia Conservative Party believes that the T. Coleman Andrews American Independent Group is not a legal political party in Virginia and that it is controlled by the Virginia Democratic Party with the intent to destroy the Conservative Party and Governor Wallace's chances of winning Virginia in the November elections.
