WSLS-TV reporter Glenn Howell asks Roanoke County Republican Party Chairman D. Henry Almond how he plans to campaign for Richard M. Nixon in Roanoke, Va. Almond plans to mail cards soliciting help from citizens and has organized a telephone campaign to all registered voters. The party's chairman forsees a busy time ahead and hopes to get as many voters to the polls voting Republican as he can.
