Attorney Bernard Levin of Portsmouth, Va., tells WSLS-TV about the necessary qualities to be an effective attorney general. Levin boasts experience in both law and state government, making him a prime candidate for attorney general of Virginia. According to Levin, a competitive candidate should have experience in the multiple branches of government: the legislative, executive, and judicial.
