Abstract
An unidentified man asks Roanoke City Council not to vote on a bill that would lower property values and amplify the crowded conditions in a neighborhood of Roanoke, Va. The unidentified man and his team hold up a map of the City of Roanoke to show the council their plan. In the middle of their presentation, footage switches from inside the council room to a flooded residential home. Footage switches again to another unidentified man presenting Roanoke City Council with a renovation plan for Woodrum Field Airport. The renovations include improved cargo loading docks, vehicle parking within the terminal area, and expansion of the ticket counters and restrooms.
