Abstract
The Norfolk and Western Railway celebrates the arrival of a new steam engine, the Nickel Plate Steam Class A 1204. Footage shows John Palmer Fishwick, a railway executive, and several other men posing in front of the steam engine and a woman cutting and serving cake to the crowd.
