A crowd of evacuated men and women watch firefighters wielding hoses put out a fire. Footage from the second story shows water being poured on the blazing building as smoke envelops it. Meanwhile, the video features a voice over of a professional light installer telling WSLS-TV about funding his organization. According to the man, he established this company last summer because he felt the city was lacking in Christmas lights.
