Abstract
A formal dinner is held in honor of the annual Shrine Bowl football game at Victory Stadium in Roanoke, Va. The game pits Virginia Polytechnic Institute freshmen football players against Virginia Military Institute freshmen players. Footage shows two men speaking at the podium and three children posing with six men in front of a sign for the Shrine Bowl game.
