Abstract
The junction of Virginia State Route 419 and Interstate 81 near Hanging Rock in Roanoke County, Va., is now open to the public. Footage shows a cherry picker unveiling the highway sign, continues on a tour of Interstate 81, and concludes in Hanging Rock.
