WSLS-TV reporter Glenn Howell interviews Chamber of Commerce executive Jack McKendree Goodykoontz about employment opportunities for college and graduate students in Roanoke, Va. Goodykoontz encourages students who are visiting home for Christmas break to interview with local firms. According to Goodykoontz, students should take advantage of these opportunities while at home because the smaller firms in the Roanoke, Va., area do not have the luxury of conducting on-grounds interviewing at colleges.
