The cotton paper was commissioned from Cartiera [sic] Magnani paper mill in Italy. Marnie Powers-Torrey and Jennifer Sorensen printed the book on an 1846 Columbian handpress at Red Butte Press. Gary Evershed ... consulted on binding materials and fabricated the boards. Craig Jensen bound the books at Book Lab II in San Marcos, Texas. Christ Reiter provided editorial guidance ..., while Dawn Marano contributed early editorial direction. Victoria Hindley, Red Butte Press's creative director, developed and directed the project and designed the book. ... The edition is limited to one hundred and twenty-five copies with fifteen hors de commerce."--Colophon.
