  • 1739 is divided into two vols.: vol. I. for British affairs; vol. II. for foreign affairs. One volume each is devoted to subsequent years.
  • Includes tables of government officials, financial affairs, lists of marriages, births and deaths "of eminent persons", political and ecclesiastical preferments, bills of mortality, stock and commodity prices, new books published. With essays, reports, and government document on all public events of importance.
