The story of Martin Frobisher who set out to find a northern sea route to the Orient and instead landed on Baffin Island encountering the Canadian Inuit. In an attempt to establish an English settlement in North America he led mining expeditions and mined over 1200 tons of worthless rock which he thought was gold ore.
