Inside sticker reads: "This certifies that Dare Hemoglobinometer No. 5199 has been examined and approved." Sticker is signed by Arthur Dare and dated February 19, 1920. Imprint in faded gold reads: "The Dare Hemoglobinometer, Made by Rieker Instrument Co., 1919-1921 Fairmont Ave. Philadelphia, Pa. U.S.A." Graded 90-100.
