Aeronautic First Aid Kit

The kit is marked with a red cross on the front left side and the words, "Kit, First Aid, Aeronautic, U.S." The kit's back interior section holds two dyed and sterilized, large field first-aid dressings, U.S. Army Carlisle model. They were made by ACME Cotton Products Co. Inc., N.Y.C. The front section of the interior holds six packages: triangular, camouflaged, muslin bandage, field brown dressing, guaze bandage, dressing set M-2, and adhesive compresses. A pocket closed with a snap on the front of the kit contains a tourniquet.
