Abstract
Dysregulated phosphorylation of proteins by constitutively active kinases in tumors generates a pool of malignancy-relevant phosphorylated peptides that are presented by MHC class I and II on tumor cells. These phosphopeptides can be recognized by CD8 and CD4 T cells and represent attractive targets for immunotherapy. Note: Abstract extracted from PDF text
