Abstract

It was the general purpose of the study to determine first, if there was a relationship between leadership behavior of principals, selected demographic variables and teacher perceptions of burnout. The second purpose was to identify leadership behaviors and/or demographic variables that related significantly to teacher perceptions of burnout and would best predict ( p < 0.05) teacher perceptions of burnout in their work environment.
