Abstract
Signal transducer and activator of transcription Sb (STAT5b) is a transcription factor which promotes growth and survival of a number of cancers, including breast cancer. Additionally, STAT5b has been implicated in the invasion of metastatic prostate cancer cells. However, its requirement for breast cancer cell migration and invasion has not been determined. The objective of this work was to determine whether there is a role for STAT5b in breast cancer cell migration. Note: Abstract extracted from PDF file via OCR
