Abstract
Hearing to consider rules to allow for consideration of H.R. 3843, the Supplemental Housing Authorization Act of 1977, to institute various measures to authorize supplemental FY77 funds for HUD housing assistance and neighborhoods preservation programs, to extend Federal riot reinsurance and crime insurance programs, and to establish a National Commission on Neighborhoods.
Also includes transcript of Committee markup session on H. Res. 383, to institute various measures to provide for establishment of a Select Ethics Committee, to expire on Dec. 31, 1977. Resolution was favorably reported.
