Abstract
Hearing to consider rules to allow for consideration of H.R. 4800, the Emergency Unemployment Compensation Extension Act of 1977, to extend the Emergency Unemployment Compensation Act of 1974 for one year, and to modify benefit eligibility requirements and maximum duration for emergency compensation.
Also cosiders H. Res. 372, to create the Select Committee on Congressional Operations to continue the work of the Joint Committee on Congressional Operations, which has been abolished.
