Contains transcript of continuation of Subcom on Energy and the Environment markup session on H.R. 7816, to amend the Mineral Leasing Act of 1920 to exclude from Federal energy resource tract leasing after 1979 certain companies, including those which produce, refine, transport, or retail a daily worldwide average of 1.6 million barrels of crude oil, or the equivalent of natural gas or refined petroleum products.
