Hearing to consider H.R. 7606, to authorize the Forest Service to permit general recreational access to and geothermal exploration of a segment of Bull Run Reserve in Mount Hood National Forest, Oreg. H.R. 7606 provides temporary relief from a Nov. 1976 district court order enjoining all Reserve multiple use activities, pending congressional consideration of issues and legislation related to the court's decision.
