Abstract
Contains transcript of Committee markup session on H.R. 8099, to authorize a feasibility study and subsequent construction of a Federal wellfield and pipeline to deliver water on a temporary basis for emergency relief of the Ak-Chin Indian community in Arizona. Also authorizes a permanent water supply contract in exchange for Ak-Chin community waiver of claims against the U.S. and Arizona relating to water resources delivery and any other water rights.
