Contains transcript of Committee markup session on H.R. 8094, the Federal Reserve Reform Act of 1977, to amend the Federal Reserve Act to provide for quarterly oversight hearings of Federal Reserve Board (FRB) monetary policy, broaden social and economic representation on FRB, require Senate confirmation of FRB Chairman, prohibit FRB use of bank officers as lobbyists, and extend current conflict of interest statutes to include Federal Reserve System (FRS) officers and employees.
