Contains transcript of Subcom on Legislation and Military Operations markup session on H.R. 12113, to revise and restate certain functions and duties of the Comptroller General, including to remove GAO responsibility for auditing of transportation carrier bills involving transport of persons or property on behalf of the Government, to authorize GAO to review accounting systems and audits of nonappropriated funds and related activities in the executive branch, and to require audits of Government corporations at least once every three years rather than annually.
