Contains transcript of continuation of Subcom on Legislation and Military Operations markup session on H.R. 16424, to establish a temporary Commission on Federal Paperwork comprised of experts, including representatives of Federal, State, and local governments and of the private sector, to study and make recommendations concerning needed changes in Federal policy and procedures to minimize the Federal paperwork burden, and to require OMB to formulate views on Commission recommendations and to implement those with which they agree. Amended bill was favorably reported.
