Contains transcript of Subcom on Legislation and Military Operations meeting to consider motion to report to the full committee H. Res. 382, to disapprove proposed Reorganization Plan No. 2 of 1973, to consolidate Federal anti-drug trafficking efforts into a single agency under the Department of Justice and to transfer Immigration and Naturalization Service port-of-entry inspection responsibilities and personnel to the Bureau of Customs under the Department of Treasury. Motion was approved.
