Meeting of the Subcom No. 2 to consider request to waive the rule that prohibits the Subcom from considering a bill that has twice passed the House but has been rejected by the Senate Judiciary Committee, unless the bill has first passed the Senate, relating to Subcom consideration of H.R. 2302, to authorize the Department of Treasury to compensate Rose Thomas for losses incurred relating to non-payment of non-service connected disability claim made by her late husband, David Thomas, during time in which he was dishonorably discharged from the Army, which was later changed to an honorable discharge.
