Hearing before Subcom No. 2 to consider H.R. 8695 and 8696, to confer jurisdiction on the U.S. Court of Claims to reopen claim of Burnham Chemical Company. Claim involves granting of leases and patents to borax deposit at Searles Lake, Calif., including granting of patent to portions of Searles Lake to foreign competitor of Burnham; and concealment of government documents and statute of limitations.
