Considers S. 1155, to amend the Export-Import Bank Act, 1945, to shorten the Export-Import Bank of Washington's name to Export-Import Bank, to extend the bank's life for another five years, and to increase its lending authority to issue export credit insurance and guarantees against fractional reserves.
