H.R. 4526, to extend provisions of Merchant Marine Act of 1936 to provide war risk insurance, for additional 5 years ending September 7, 1970. H.R. 6164, to authorize Secretary of Treasury to permit foreign-flag vessels to transport passengers between U.S. and Puerto Rico to attend World Convention of Churches of Christ.
