S. 1348, to increase Federal Maritime Commission commissioners' term of office to 5 years. S. 1772, to amend Merchant Marine Act of 1936 to provide for continuation of authority to develop American-flag carriers and promote foreign commerce of U.S. through use of mobile trade fairs. H.R. 4346, to amend Merchant Marine Act of 1936 to extend construction differential subsidies for one year. H.R. 4526, to extend provisions of Merchant Marine Act of 1936 to provide war risk insurance, for additional 5 years ending September 7, 1970. H.R. 6164, to authorize Secretary of Treasury to permit foreign-flag vessels to transport passengers between U.S. and Puerto Rico to attend World Convention of Churches of Christ.
