Considers. S. 1308, to revise procedures for destruction of unfit Federal Reserve notes. S. 1309, to authorize checks to be drawn in favor of banking organizations for the credit of a person's account, under certain conditions. S. 1556, to authorize the Federal Reserve Board to delegate certain of its functions. S. 1557, to amend the Federal Reserve Act to enable Federal Reserve banks to invest in certain obligations of foreign governments. S. 1558, to amend the Federal Reserve Act relating to loans by Federal Reserve System member banks to their own officers. S. 1559, to amend the Federal Reserve Act in order to enable the Federal Reserve banks to extend credit to member banks and others in accordance with current economic conditions.
