Committee Serial No. 91-35. Considers the following bills to amend the Marine Resources and Engineering Development Act of 1966. H.R. 5829, H.R. 7895, and H.R. 16607, to continue the National Council on Marine Resources and Engineering Development. H.R. 11766, to authorize National Science Foundation appropriations for National Sea Grant College and Program Act programs. Also reviews the Tektite II project, a continuation and expansion of the scientific studies on the ocean floor, and receives testimony concerning Navy dumping of oil off the Atlantic Coast of Florida and the means to be provided for the disposal of waste oil from ships.
