Committee Serial No. 91-27. Considers. H.R. 6006, to permit National Guard officers to serve as inspecting officers who may determine when government property issued to National Guard has become unserviceable because of wear and tear. H.R. 9052, to extend to the Coast Guard the privilege of interservice transfer of commissioned officers. H.R. 944, to increase per diem allowances for military personnel on temporary duty travel orders. H.R. 8022, to authorize travel, transportation, and education allowances for dependents of military personnel stationed abroad. H.R. 6265, to provide at government expense a headstone or marker for the unmarked grave of any Medal of Honor recipient. H.R. 13756, to require that military personnel who lose, damage or destroy U.S. property have replacement and/or repair costs deducted from their pay. H.R. 9654, to provide food without charge to officers and civil servants and their dependents when evacuated as patients by military aircraft. H.R. 12941, to authorize release of 4,180,000 pounds of cadmium from the national and supplemental stockpiles.
