H.R. 14796, to amend Merchant Marine Act of 1936 to authorize Commerce Dept to establish interest rates at which ship mortgages may be financed to become eligible for mortgage insurance. H.R. 18340, to promote sales of U.S. business and agricultural goods at foreign ports by extending Commerce Dept authority to provide financial and technical assistance to operators of mobile trade fairs. H.R. 18254, to amend Merchant Marine Act of 1920 to exempt certain foreign ships from laws prohibiting foreign ships from carrying cargo between points in U.S.
