Committee Serial No. 15. Considers. H.R. 585 and related H.R. 3340 and H.R. 8482, to increase Board of Visitors of the Naval Academy membership. H.R. 2630, to provide uniform and flag for deceased Army and Air National Guardsmen at disposition of remains. H.R. 5645, to allow veterans whose disability worsens to receive additional compensation minus previous compensation while recoupment procedures are in progress, alleviating hardships on veterans and preventing double payments by VA. H.R. 8009, to allow use of private institutions by mentally and physically handicapped dependents of veterans with VA assistance. H.R. 8375, to provide dislocation travel allowances for soldiers transferred while on duty off-base to enable them to return to old base to settle personal affairs. H.R. 11144, to increase number of Marine reserve officers who may serve on active duty as Brigadier and Major Generals. H.R. 5790, to allow members of armed forces to accept fellowships and grants offered by foreign governments. H.R. 839, and related H.R. 8232, to provide that members of the armed forces be retired in the highest grade held in any armed service.
