Considers. H.R. 2357 and H.R. 3319, to extend and amend laws relating to the provision and improvement of housing and the renewal of urban communities. H.R. 1300, to amend the National Housing Act to increase the permissible loan-to-value ratio and maturity in the case of mortgages covering rental housing designed for elderly persons, and to establish a special revolving fund to be used by FNMA in purchasing such mortgages.
