Summary
In the early 1980s theologian John Hull lost his sight. He began keeping an audio diary. The voices in this film are taken from these original recordings and interviews with John and Marilyn. Their words are lip-synched on screen by actors. The film documents John Hull's experiences becoming blind as an adult, how his wife, children, and acquaintances reacted to his blindness, and how he has adapted to a world without sight.
