Abstract
a novel method for filtering light of interest in the near-infrared (NIR, 0.75 – 1.4 μm) and short wavelength infrared (SWIR, 1.4 – 3 μm) wavelength regimes for simultaneous multiple light detection is studied and presented. I use the InP-based photodetectors with a type-II multiple quantum well active region as my light absorption component, and integrate it with Fabry-Perot optical filters to achieve the purpose of simultaneously detecting wavelengths of interest in the NIR/SWIR regimes.
