  • Hendrik de Leth took charge of the firm on the death of his father in 1731; copies are recorded in personal libraries prior to 1741, although De Leth still owned (and reused?) the plates until his death in 1766.

  • Etchings after drawings of statues, etc. by various artists, each with Bisschop's (Latin) monogram: JE. f.
  • Etched, historiated t.p. by Gérard de Lairesse, altered to included the new printer.

Library's copies 1-2 with the artist's Signorum veterum icones. Copy 1 on paper watermarked with the Strasburg lily and countermark IV, Churchill 406, dated ca. 1733. Copy 2, 32 cm., on heavier, apparently unwatermarked paper, and a clearer printing.
