  • P. 165, 166, 204, 283, and 287 misnumbered as 156, 661, 205, 285, and 787, respectively.
  • "Hieroglyphikes of the life of man" has separate engraved divisional title-page on U8r; pagination and register are continuous.
  • Additional engraved title-page on A1r: "Emblemes by Fra. Quarles" with imprint "London : Printed for M. Gillyflower, at [the] Spread Eagle in Westminster Hall and W. Freeman at the Bible, over against the Middle Temple Gate in Fleetstreet, 1696".
