Wimpheling's Germania is an address to the Town council of Strassburg, in which he gives the historical reasons for his belief that the city had never been French. Murner's reply (a satire) was suppressed by the magistrates, and is here reprinted from a copy in the Cantonal library of Zürich, thought to be unique.
