Abstract
Upon arrival at Woodrum Field Airport near Roanoke, Va., Staff Sergeant Charles B. Morris of the 173rd Airborne Brigade Combat Team receives a certificate entitled "Legend of the Dogwood" from Vinton, Va., Mayor Shirley Crowder. Morris, a native of Carroll County, Va., recently received the Congressional Medal of Honor for his bravery in Vietnam and will be the marshal of the Vinton Dogwood Festival parade. A group of women and a boy accompany Morris as he walks across the airfield.
