Watts of Farmington, who was Professor of surgery at the University of Virginia School of Medicine from 1907 until his retirement in 1928, died June 7, at the age of seventy-five,.... Since his retirement Dr. Watts has given many valuable medical volumes and substantial funds to the University's Alderman and Medical libraries. He was one of the first contributors tot he hospital-medical school public relations program which functions jointly with the Medical Alumni Association. His portrait,...will be presented to the School of Medicine at ceremonies in the fall."
