University Librarian Karin Wittenborg and University President John T. Casteen III applaud April 29, 2000 as David A. Harrison III and his daughter, Marjorie H. Webb, officially break ground for the new Mary and David Harrison Institute for American History, Literature, and Culture and the Albert H. Small Special Collections Library. The groundbreaking was among several weekend events recognizing major donors and presenting some of the accomplishments of the Campaign for the University.
