Summary
Vice President Al Gore reacts to a gag baseball cap during a break in the taping of Meet the Press in the Dome Room of the Rotunda on Saturday, January 16, 1993. The weekly news show was produced at the University while Gore and President Clinton were in town to symbolically kick off inauguration events with a visit to Monticello the next day. Gore autographed the cap for the show host Tim Russert's son. Other interviews included NBC news anchor Tom Brokaw and White House correspondent Andrea Mitchell.
